Samantha Sunne is a freelance journalist based in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is the recipient of three national grants and several awards for investigative reporting, with work published in NPR, the Washington Post, NOLA.com, and other outlets. She speaks at conferences, universities, and newsrooms around the world, including Investigative Reporters & Editors (IRE), the National Institute for Computer-Assisted Reporting (NICAR), Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ), the Lede Program at Columbia University, and the Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard.
