Kristine Sande is an Associate Director at the University of North Dakota Center for Rural Health. She directs the Rural Health Information Hub, a national rural health information center that assists rural communities and other rural stakeholders in accessing available programs, funding, strategies, and research that can enable them to provide quality healthcare to rural residents and improve population health. Ms. Sande was raised on a family farm outside of a North Dakota town of 1,200 people. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Dakota.
