Ms. Swan-Kilpatrick is the Executive Director of Arts Services Inc. (ASI). Since Ms. Swan’s leadership, ASI has demonstrated that it is the center of “Where the Arts Meet Business”. Prior to her current position, she worked at ASI as the Associate Director managing grant-giving programs where she awarded over 300 grants to recipients in the arts and cultural community.
