She is passionate about nurturing the local arts culture as a means for building a creative community where everyone works together to ensure a vibrant future of opportunity, resources, connection, and holistic wellness. Jean shares her leadership through serving as a board member on two local nonprofit organizations, including the Valley County Community Foundation Fund, an affiliated fund of the Nebraska Community Foundation, and the Valley Performing Arts Theater, Inc.
